[It's evening, and while Rin probably should be going to bed, he's actually out in the hall. He walks up to the door to Yukio's room and looks like he's going to knock on it, only to sigh and drop his hand and start walking back to his own. But then he turns back around and starts over again only to stop and turn back.
This happens several times, and if Yukio doesn't catch him in the act then he will eventually find Rin seated with his back against the door, waiting there.]
[It will have to be "eventually", because Yukio's out late, looking around and finding nothing. He can't think clearly. He's been thrown off and he can't find his footing again.
Sleep might help, but it's going to be the floor again and he's not going to get any rest. His arm hurts from that fall he took, and his ribs as well, and he's moving a little slowly, his daemon still limping on her left front paw.
He doesn't want to see Rin, waiting for him.]
Nii-san, is everything all right? [He asks, politely.]
[It's Thursday evening, right before curfew, and Rin is out looking for Yukio. He's actually not trying to fight, not initially at least, but Spike's advice of 'give him a chance to not be an ass and then beat him up if he is' is lingering in his mind. He's staying close to the mansion too, figuring he can grab Yukio and head off to one of their rooms for curfew.]
[He hasn't directly talked to Yukio since their fight on Thursday night. But a couple of days is enough for Rin to be calm enough to talk, at least. Maybe.
He's not looking forward to it. Yukio holds onto his anger way longer than Rin does. But it needs to be done.
So Rin heads towards Yukio's room, carrying a bowl of soup. It's Ojiya, the soup from their sick days as children. It's...not quite as good as the Ojiya from home, but Rin made due with what he had.
After a moment of hesitation, he shifts the bowl to one hand to knock on the door.]
Rin is bringing Yukio a plate of Omurice, and he's also wearing two sets of Yukio's glasses on top of his head. I can call them Yukio's glasses because they have that distinct style, yes.]
[Rin really didn't know what to expect. He and Yukio haven't spoken in days, and that trial was...something. But as soon as he sees that look on Yukio's face, his bottom lip is tightening.]
Hey. You finally ready to talk, or am I gonna die not knowing what's been eating at you all this time?
[Rin is trying to be tough, and he doesn't move towards Miki. Rinkou, on the other hand, is making sad whining noises as she pushes up to the bars too. Her snout can fit out to press against Miki.]
[He's here!!!! He's not trying to hide or anything, just making sure his first aid kit is ready to go for whatever chaos is going to happen (is this the fifth time he's checked his first aid kit? possibly).]

I lied at the trial. I know about the Watcher-thing because me and Suriel talked about it.
