[He needs a nap so bad. In fact, he's barely kicking his shoes off before flopping face-first into the bed and pulling the blankets over his head. He doesn't fall asleep ofc but he is making his stance known: now is a time for hiding under blankets.
Rinkou, meanwhile, is in wolverine form and is hissing at every shadow that moves. It's a defensive hiss, one that betrays the fear and reluctance to reach out that Rin also feels right now. Rowan doesn't get any hisses though, instead she gets a low whine.]
[oh no oh no Rowan absolutely must corral this wolverine and curl around it. it's soothing groom times.

... you at least missed the other group arriving and playing dead. Yoo Joonghyuk-ssi and Mr. Sholmes... and Miss Nanaly looking like some other person.
[smallest of silver linings but in fact reasons Allen just can't seem to let himself grieve yet for the two dead this morning.]
[Oh. He's missed this physical contact. He's missed it a lot.
Wordlessly, Rin shifts a bit and holds up the edge of the blanket. At least crawl under with him for proper cuddles, he could really use the physical contact right now.]
[It's fine. It's fine! They can hide under a blanket and pretend that the world outside doesn't exist and that two of Rin's friends aren't probably dead.
Rin can also pretend that it's totally normal to grab his roommate in a hug and bury his face against Allen's shoulder.
He can also pretend that he's not 2 seconds away from crying. Maybe.]
[he curls a bit around Rin, letting him have his shoulder if he does end up crying. Allen himself is... a bit tense, mostly in a bid to keep from letting his own stressful emotions get the better of him.]
[He doesn't cry, miraculously. He comes close, his body jolting a few times like one does when they're sniffling and trying to bite back tears, but he manages to suppress the worst of the shudders.
And then, after a long pause-]
I killed my dad. In that other place, where I went with the others.
[Clarification on that is very important given that actual murders besides "CYOA is a fucking trip" happened.]
