[In the nebulous space of 'somewhere in the city,' Rin is left feeling useless since he can't exactly help anyone with taking care of Kotetsu. So instead he just walks around looking for other people to talk to, and in this case 'other people' happens to be Suigetsu.]
[Suigetsu's largely sticking close by the palace itself -- though he's gotten restless enough to get out and about it's still a giant pain in the ass getting out into the city; his daemon is basically an occasional useful walking (fish??) stick right now in the absence of other useful tools.
Well, he could probably get a walking stick if he really looked but who wants to spontaneously be the same age as the executee. Nobody.
So he looks only a little bit like a geriatric pedestrian out for an under-the-seas walk when Rin encounters him. Well, he's probably sitting and lazing, but it's fine.]
Now that I'm outta bed? Yeah, I was gettin' real tired of being stuck back there. [sometimes you get stabbed and walk it off, just a little bit] If they're going to keep dragging us all over the place and beating us up at least send a cart, you know?
Hahaha! I could make Naito do it, but that's only if it's just water.
[The paradox of getting wounds wet versus getting places. Aquatic daemon life..... Well, at the very least he's got nothing to really complain about when it comes to his daemon's living situation itself. This is definitely way better than carting the whole daemon...]
Feels like I've gotten all my bad karma back for the beach an' ocean helping out -- so maybe I can ask for a canal town? You know, one of those where they go everywhere in boats. No walking or anything.
