ABILITIES/POWERS SSR strength normally, but it is weakened because he is damaged. His artifact form is a katana. Currently the blade has cracks in it, but has healed back into one piece at least?

He also has FIRE. Blue fire, to be exact. Blue fire that burns really hot. Normally Rin carries another sword (a katana that resembles his artifact form) and uses that to fight on his own, with the fire surrounding the blade. But he can also expel fire with punches and stuff too. The fire seems to concentrate in his hands and go from there normally.

Rin is also fireproof so he don't burn himself.

CHARACTER 'STORY' LIST TIME!

- His mom got busy with an anomaly and he got weird blood in him which is why he 2stronk.

- He has a twin brother too who is also 2stronk but also sick a lot.

- Raised by Single Dad Shiro because his mom Yuri ran off with the anomaly that got her preggers and was just plain not around for his entire childhood. Shiro never told him any of this though so he doesn't know he's part anomaly or any of the shit from before he was born. All he knew was "your mom left you two in my care, so I am your dad now."

- His fire has always been strong, but he has a temper and sometimes does the fire thing without meaning to. He has burnt down many small buildings because of this.

- Because of his temper other kids besides Yukio were afraid of him and he never really had friends. Even after he learned better control he was pretty solitary and only really talked to his dad and brother. This was bad for him because he really wanted friends and to be liked but he's so bad at expressing that.

- Yukio kept getting sicker and sicker and the medical treatments for him got expensive. Shiro never complained but Rin saw his dad working long hours and always looking Tired and he decided to help.

- At 14, he agreed to partner up with the younger Dazai. He mostly did this for the paycheck. He had heard the rumors about how quickly Dazai went through Artifacts but still went with it because he thought he could at least last a couple months and make hella dollars for Yukio's medical treatments.

- Yeah no he lasted like a week before his sword fucking broke and he got put into the hospital. He almost died and was in the hospital for months afterwards, and then resting at home for more than a year after that. This happened 2 years ago. He also got white hair with a blue tint to it during this.

- This made money problems worse and built a guilt complex into Rin. He made several attempts to find some kind of work, even a normal job, but those all fizzled out within a month. Rin was still hurting and not at all ready for any kind of job.

- A year ago, when he was 15, his mom came back. He doesn't see her as his mom and just calls her 'Yuri'. It's Awkward. He wants to hate her for being gone but she's so nice and he's just like ???

- Now, at 16, he's feeling a bit better. His sword form is back in one piece now though there's cracks running through it still. It makes him nervous about being used by any Catalyst, so he prefers to be by himself.

- He got sent to the school to 'find a Catalyst' or some shit but really it's because he needs to heal and see that not all partnerships are as bad as the one he went through. But it's also the promise of a job afterwards that really has him motivated. If he can get through school and earn enough money then he can pay his dad back for all the mistakes he made.

- Mom's here and that's Awkward but he's trying to be nice to her.

- He's kind of jaded and withdrawn but he has a good heart that wants to find a new partner. He's just scared of opening up to anyone.

ANYTHING ELSE /SHRUG??? I talked it over with Hydok to work out a history for Rin and Yuri.
