He'll instead decide to grab a partner in crime first, and he waves to the first person he sees. Which is Marie (or Wicked IG, depends on who's out right now). Come commit crimes with him.]
[He shakes his head. Nothing wrong here! But then he holds a finger up to his lips in a 'shh' motion before pointing at the door. They should be sneaky if they're checking out the employee lounge.]
[There is no sound coming from inside the employee lounge! Rin listens for a moment too, and once he's satisfied that there's nothing in there he'll carefully push the door open to peek in.

No, I mean, it's not like he's some mindless monster or something. But he's like...he doesn't listen to people. Once he's decided on something, he does it. Especially if he's mad when he's decided on something. So if it was to stop a fight, then it probably was the only way to stop him.
If you catch him when he's calm then he can probably be talked to, at those times he's just impulsive instead of destructive. But what I remember about the end there was really shitty. I don't think he would've listened then.
